About Chef

I was born in Dax (Les Landes) in 1972, almost born in a Restaurant! My parents have been restaurant owners all their lives in the forest of Les Landes surrounded by ducks. The famous Foie Gras de Canard comes from there.

I started in my families restaurant kitchen at a very young age. I studied cooking in Ecole Hoteliere de Talence, the best scool in Bordeaux. My father wanted me to learn as much as I could in different establishment. After graduation I have worked in many great restaurants in different countries for 5 years. My last employer was Cunard Cruise Lines, where I worked as a chef in the QE II ship.

From the ship I arrived in Fuengirola and decided to work for myself. I opened a restaurant in Fish alley in Fuengirola, the “Paris-Madrid” in 1994. After ten years, in 2004 I stopped the restaurant activity to have more time with my family and I became a private chef in my own home for my wife, kids and friends.

I am passionate about cooking and I want to share that passion!
